Strict Detail Control for High-Quality Delivery
“Survive by quality and develop through service.” In 2024, Rodoer Construction will continue to improve its quality management system and promote safe, standardized and high-quality construction.

Introduction
In 2024, the Quality and Safety Department of Rodoer Construction will continue to focus on “craftsmanship quality and safe production.” The company will further improve its quality management system, strengthen the implementation of quality policies, enhance responsibility awareness, and make quality control more accurate, comprehensive, standardized and systematic.
On March 9, company directors Yang Ziliang and Yang Weiliang personally led the project management team, together with the heads of the R&D Design Center, Supply Chain Management Center, Cost Control Management Center, Material Management Center and more than 50 team members, to conduct comprehensive quality and safety inspections on four key projects: Jiahong Tower, Dapu Communication Headquarters, Greater Bay Area University and Lifetech Medical.
This inspection aimed to ensure construction safety, project quality, overall appearance and on-time delivery. It also reflects the company’s strong commitment to high-quality project delivery, construction safety, model projects, premium engineering and cost-effective management.
During the inspection, the project management team communicated in detail with the construction team. Project leaders reported project progress and key challenges, while the management team conducted a full review of construction quality, project schedule, safety management, design drawings, material procurement and installation details. Specific improvement suggestions were also provided for existing issues.
1. Jiahong Tower Project

Jiahong Tower is a landmark building with a height of 218.05 meters. The project adopts a unitized curtain wall system. After entering the site in early April 2022, Rodoer Construction completed the first unit installation within three months, covering drawing development, profile mold opening, material procurement, processing, assembly and on-site installation.
From early July to late September, the main facade installation was completed within another three months. Although the schedule was tight and the task was challenging, Rodoer’s optimized design of decorative strips and secondary wind-pressure fixing structures greatly improved installation efficiency and provided strong support for the project schedule.
At the Jiahong Tower project site, Director Yang Weiliang emphasized the importance of detail control and craftsmanship: “This is not only related to the overall appearance of the building, but also to the stability of the building structure.” The inspection team also provided strict technical guidance for curtain wall installation requirements.

2. Dapu Communication Project

At the Dapu Communication project site, Director Yang Weiliang made clear requirements for curtain wall installation: “Every detail must be carefully controlled during curtain wall construction and installation. Special attention must be paid to the treatment of curtain wall joints to ensure sealing performance.”
The team also emphasized the connection between the curtain wall and the main structure to ensure firm connection and improve the overall stability of the curtain wall system.
The tower of the Dapu Communication project adopts a unitized curtain wall system, a new construction technique developed based on frame curtain walls. This process includes embedded connection parts, factory production of unit panels, transportation, vertical lifting and on-site installation. It features a high degree of factory prefabrication, fast construction speed, reliable quality and safety, as well as energy-saving and environmentally friendly advantages.
All unitized panels of this project were assembled in Rodoer’s headquarters factory workshop, ensuring high assembly accuracy. The installation was fast, the construction period was shortened, finished product protection was easier, and the plug-in connection between panels provided strong seismic performance. Sealed joints improved waterproof performance and allowed curtain wall construction to proceed together with the main civil structure.

3. Greater Bay Area University Project

The Greater Bay Area University project covers a building area of 110,000 square meters, including teaching buildings, a gymnasium, office buildings and seven main structures. The exterior curtain wall area reaches 63,000 square meters, with 15 curtain wall systems arranged in a complex and interlaced manner.
Each building has a different architectural form, with varied facade setbacks, special concave-convex structures, multiple material types and high construction difficulty.
Facing such a complex project, Rodoer Construction relied on refined management to complete the task within six months with high quality. During final acceptance, the project showed excellent construction details: aluminum panels and stone materials were beautifully formed, the eaves aluminum panels and decorative lines were flat and straight, joint widths were consistent, and surface material installation showed outstanding flatness and verticality.
The most outstanding highlight of this project is the aluminum panel curtain wall effect, which presents strong architectural aesthetics, spatial technology and dynamic beauty. The project also received multiple quarterly excellent supplier awards from China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau.

4. Lifetech Medical Project
The Lifetech Medical project is progressing in an orderly manner. The inspection team conducted strict checks on the safety and reliability of the curtain wall system, and required project managers to provide constructive suggestions to the client regarding some on-site curtain wall facilities.
At the construction site, Director Yang Ziliang emphasized that the team should not only focus closely on construction details and strictly implement construction standards, but also strictly follow safety operating procedures, strengthen on-site safety management and ensure the personal safety of all construction workers.
